Hey guys! How's everyone doing? I am so happy get info on this link; it's a GREAT idea and long overdue, I might add. Thanks to whoever put it together! I'll be sure to let those I'm still in touch with know about the page. I'm living in Bermuda and work as a Financial Consultant. I travel to the U.S. quite often and to London and Europe every once in a while, so if any of the old crew that I haven't been in touch with over the last few years reads this, then email me so we can touch base and maybe meet up on my travels. Best wishes & lots of hugs to everyone! |

My God, an ACS alumni page whatever one of us had the motivation and the organizational skills to put this together? Good to see that many of you are still alive and kicking. It's good to see Fred McIntyre is, as millitant as ever, with his opinions on Schiller. Congradulations to Oliver on you wedding. And hi to Cici. By the way, does someone know anyone in Nova Scotia?? I will be moving there sometime in '99 and it would be cool to hook up with any fellow ACSers that live there. Ciao a tutti.... "Dominique" |

Now with a college-age daughter (actually she got out of HS early), I've been looking to colleges in Europe. That brought me to the internet...and I must admit, I was really surprised to find this. I was only at ACS for one year--but it was unforgetable. Having moved several times, I'll have to find my yearbook to remember as much as I'd like. It is really sad that the school is no longer. Guess I'd always hoped I'd have a chance to go back...even if only one more time. After single-parenting all these years, I'd welcome a chance to return to Europe, if only one more time! With an international company now, so maybe there's still hope. I am now (still?) living in La Jolla, California, working for KPMG Peat Marwick. Can't help but keep tabs on opportunities to transfer overseas! Please keep info coming on anyone at ACS in 1971--so many people I'd love to see again! Just hope more people can find this site. It's really a WONDERFUL idea--and a I'm really glad it's here. |

I just found this page while avoiding work; thanks for the work in getting it going! I was at ACS from 71-73, then moved around a lot before finally settling in Vancouver (almost but not quite as beautiful as Leysin). I've lost contact with everyone at ACS (although I'm still in touch with some of the Vag folks), it would be nice to find news of how others are doing. Too bad about the final demise of ACS. 20 years?!!? Gads. For those who might remember us, we met at ACS in 1978/1979, and have been together through thick-thin-and-two-kids since. We've settled in Colorado, the only place in the States that can rival Suisse beauty. Anyone who remembers either of us, please feel free to drop a line. |

I would like to send big kisses to almost everyone from 88-91, especialy Sasha, Mark, Fred, Joe, Peter, Shara, JB, Ziad, Richard, Nicole, Val, and last but not least, Jeff Roberts whom I would love to hear from. |

Hello everyone! Gee but I feel old....South Africa has been home for the past 25 years. Bumped into Emmanuel Crespi a few years ago; he was living here but have lost contact again. Win Rockafeller is living in Arkansas, Richard David was here in 1973/74 when I arrived, working for ICL but may have left the country. I've been in advertising, market research and marketing - I have a marketing planning consultancy now and work for a number of local clients in broadcasting. It would be great to hear from anyone in my class. The site is a terrific idea, let's hope it grows! The Renda twins are in Ankara Turkey with husbands, kids and the whole thing. Does anyone know where Elanor Hammersaimb is? Last heard with Chase Manhatten Moscow? |

I am a father of an alum. I really liked ACS...the way it was prior to the school going broke. My son was able to be elected class president and was a part of the PCCD. It was great. Students from over 50 countries ... all in the same space. If anyone has Slim's, Dex's or Oscar's email adresses, please forward them on to us. (You'd have to had been there to know the nicknames) Anyway, great idea! And, I'll be checking in from time to time to see what's up. |

Elizabeth Dircks informed me of the March 98 reunion only about 10 days ago, but it looks as though I will be able to make it. It will be quite a different experience from the July 93 reunion which I worked on for 8 months--meaning I should be able to enjoy myself. Can't wait to see who shows up. |

OK - Let's clear the air on this one - ACS as we all know it NO LONGER EXISTS ! The college as it stands now is "A Campus of Schiller University" hence The REAL ACS is dead. Schiller is not ACS nor will it ever be. When the college went bankrupt Schiller took over the College in an effort to capitalize upon the accreditation that ACS held. In fact, all they purchased was the property. If they had purchased the college, then they would have had to assume the financial debt that the college had mounted. In 1992 Schiller was not accredited, nor do I believe that the "McDonald's" college of europe will ever be. The last graduating class of 1992 was it. If anyone can dispute these facts, I would love to hear them !! |

Best regards to all. I'm just a little confused ! Is the ACS still "open" - I do get the AXIS once in a while.... Then people tell me about "it's closed", "bancrupt", etc. WHAT GIVES ??? Have good contact with many, many ACS'ers - although I unfortunately just missed a black tie dance on the River King - a paddleboat anchored in Sacramento - the Coyn family, Mark Wilton, Paul Carp, and several more..... last weekend... Best regards, alexander 1973-77 |

Well, miracle of all miracles! An ACS-related page... I thought the day would never come. I know for a fact that the ACS computer lab STILL has the Macintosh SEs. Who wants to thank Schiller for us? Matthew Zwissler is in Hawaii. Jorn Tenne -- my former roommate in the West Wing -- got married to a Spaniard and apparently has a baby girl (Jorn -- when did monogamy enter the Swedish language?) Has anyone heard from Anna Maria Cinelli, Maye Ostawani??? I haven't forgotten about everyone else... I just can't keep typing forever... I have an idea: let's open a Swiss bank account, fund a revolutionary militant movement, and take over the College for a week-end! Any takers??? |
